Would it be helpful if I exchanged article-type backlinks with similar sites?
And my site has only few outgoing links, but what happens if my site has many outgoing links?

You should, but only if its going to benefit your site much more

Too many outgoing links could dilute authority, so focus on value over quantity.

also how do you check these stats for your website?

your site looks great, I don't think you'll run into any trouble if you exchange a few links with other sites.

But for the future you should hide the AR number (right beneath the DR) as others can find your site by the AR
