Would It Be Feasable To Have A "Combo" Shopify Dropship Store?

The plan I have in mind is a niche site using several Aliexpress merchants for dropshipping, my own articles with ending shortened links to, say, Clickbank products....and maybe distribute a free eBook with links to my site. I don't know if that would be stretching too much, or if is doable.

I have read your awesome drop ship thread 3 times lol. You are the reason I signed uo to the board. I guess I was trying to get as nany income streams as pissible throuh it.

I did a google search on my store idea....and the first 4 pages were nothing but 'definitions' and funny videos. Thank you for your quick reply Billy.

That's cool to hear.

But it's usually best to not take on too much at the start because believe me it's a LOT of work :)

Ok...I:ll scale back my idea. Maybe just put my articles in a site blog, go straight dropshipping, and as you suggest....try and use social media to gear up traffic.
 
It'd be a good idea to start small and keep things simple. Start with the AliExpress products dropshipping and use Social Media Marketing and blogs to direct the traffic to your site. Taking on too much can really overwhelm you and may not be fruitful. Consider the time you'll have to give for store promotion and order fulfilment, customer support. Your hands will be full in no time. So, keep things small and simple.
 
I think it's worth upselling the clickbank products AFTER the customer has brought.

Sometimes, having too many choices can reduce your conversions instead.

Thanks. I am still checking and making a list of niches I can use. Will keep this idea number one. Still absorbing what I can learn here before I start. I am still saving up for my starting budget. I want to make sure I get domain name, apps, and advertising. I think that is what happened to me in AF when it first started....too much too fast.

Yes...I can do that with my e-mail list :)
 
Maybe setup a redirect funnel to other clickbank offers after the sale has been done .

I think that possible with PayPal easly .

Would I set up the funnel page for the e-mail on my store site, or get another site for the squeeze page? A little confused. Could I not set up an autoresponder with an e-mail containing the affliate link with a product recomendation, or does it have to be a webpage?
