This is pretty much dropshipping but:

If I was to sale items off focalprice and dealextreme with +25% to +50% price on the site will I get suspended? I already found a few pictures of the items doing some searching. Now I just want to know if I will get suspended for selling them.

Depends on the items.

eBay may request proof of inventory (picture of you standing with inventory) if you are going into the categories with lots of fakes (like shoes or DVDs), if it exceeds a certain amount of items or price.

Stock pictures will get you suspended if its a vero item.

Why should you get suspended for selling something on a selling platform?
I don't get the question.

I'd be careful with the stock photos and try to take some of your own if you can get your hands on the items in person.
