I am doing some advertising on Facebook, and I have a very low CTR for my ads. But who cares? If I am paying per click, why does my CTR matter? Would I get a lower cost per click if my CTR was higher?

I don't think so, but I haven't tested this myself. So, I would also like to know from someone who has tried this! :)

    Try this way.
Start cpc campaign with hight cost per click. After ads started and you gain some clicks change bid to bid/2

It worked for me before about 2 months and this way ads were running after bid change for about 4-5 days.
