If I sold a case that resembled a speck case of like a griffin survivor case but it did not have any logos on it or trademarks or any wordings at all, would I get in trouble? is this illegal?

As long as you say that it is a style of that case and you do not list it as a branded case, you are fine. It is not illegal to list items that look like a branded one. However, if you are trying to sell it off as genuine that it illegal.

I agree with roger. Be honest with what you are selling. It is fine to state that the item resembles something, just make sure that that part is clear.

Yeah, I'm listing them as generic. Not saying that it is that brand, just saying it looks like that brand. basically same brand no logo, but I'm not saying that just saying it looks like it ;D

Just make sure you are not misleading in your product listing. If you are misleading then you could
have the listing removed or a limitation happen.
