Would I be eligable for a Jr. Vip?

Im considering becoming a Jr. Vip. I do have enough posts and Im member since long ago. Is tere any other criteria that i should meet?
I do have a few infringements though, silly ones actually. I had things like 'Php developer here, PM me' in my signature, etc. I know that I got them for a reason, but seeing that they weren't that offensive perhaps they would be overlooked when approving me for a jr. vip?
It would be great if an actual moderator replied about this

As long as you meet the post count and you are willing to pay the price, I guess no problems
