I got about 5000+ (non-duplicated, never been published) Q&As.

Most of them are between, 6-15 word question and 15-180 word answers.

Some posts will have 7 word question, 25 word answer. Would Google slam that for being a shitty spam site?

Or could i get some traffic to it?

If you build something unnatural then there should be problem with google these days. I dont think a new site with pre-installed q&as is good with little traffic. Build things as natural as possible

1 cent idea for u :)

If all that content shows up overnight, it might trigger some automatic adwords-inducing profit-making penalty designed to boost Google's profits.

Ah shit I said it.

Well seriously, if your Q&A site were organic, how would you get a bazillion Q&A's overnight? It's pretty obvious the DB was scrapped.

Drip-feed them, don't rush it, make it looks natural.

Google is more successful than Yahoo in many aspects but in my opinion, Yahoo answer is much better than Google Q&A.
