Would going viral fix my engagement?

I have about 15k followers. 80% real people. Usually only 200 people like my posts and about 400-500 watch the stories. In other words my followers can't see my posts because I've messed my account up with telegram engagement rounds and botting. I stopped botting half a year ago though.

However... I have a huge giveaway planned which would possibly result in my page getting thousands of mentions, tags, comments, followers and likes. Possible tens of thousands. Quite a bit of money would go into this.

What I'm worried about is when I make a follow up post that the new followers who took part of the giveaway will not see my post. Lets say my page jumps to 50-100-150k followers in the best scenario. Would it fix the engagement issue or would nobody still see my posts?

I highly doubt you’ll even get anywhere near a 35k follower jump from a “viral post”.

Try reaching out to a high engagement, high follower count account that’s in your niche and collabing. Use your “quite a bit of money” this way as oppose to giving it away.

I would be getting a lot of shoutouts. That's what I said. Not just a viral post.

You seem set on doing what you posted so go for it and let us know you do.

Try remove some fake followers/ghosts (Usually accounts with +5k followings), those accounts won't see your post or engage with it.
It's going to fix your engagement a little.

Follow this -

1) Find Viral Content as per your niche from explore page.
2) Repost them with credits
3) Repeat this

After you post viral content, try to maximum engagement on that post within 1 hour, and if your post gets on explore page then your engagement will increase.

But make sure to engage with your audience ( reply there messages, reply to comments )
