After searching on google the meaning of "foxtrot" I've come across this weird video

And the entire channel is dedicated to it (robotic TTS reading words definition), with 600k subscribers and 250kk video views
most videos have less than 2k views, but some more get more than 20k
Apparently, it's not monetized, I watched a lot of videos trying to see one ad, but failed to do so.
What I Really want to know is: would it be viable to monetize this kind of channel?
I can code a Web scraping bot to get lots of word definitions
Then hopefully integrate a good text to speech with some kind of text background for the video
Finally massive upload to youtube
(just maybe try to generate traffic to some language courses or websites, only if the channel makes some success)
Just for information, I'm not an English native speaker, so it would most likely be Portuguese,
because I want it to have close to perfect pronunciation, and I do expect to do some fine tunning on TTS
