I don't like point 3

An article can't be unique and at the same time "super-duper" spun.
This could look suspicious to Google.

2. How would you know if a link is panda/penguin safe?
1. is really good.
3. Don?t do this. Your 1 is very strong. Why bother?
4. It?s really legal and good aged accounts
5. Can be good for a short period of time.
1 is enough you don?t need to do 2,3,4,5.
After 1 you can expect to have a good rank then you can buy the same quality OR even better quality links. For example, you can buy newspaper links and magazine sites links among others.
