Would a Macro be best for this???

I need text to be entered into a chat window.

The text would need to be entered into the chat window in a style that mimics someone slowly typing it into the window and entering now and again.

The text-entering would need to be pausable, so that the operator could enter their own writing if need be.

All avaible texts would need to be displayed in a list. They would need to be start/stoppable with one click.

Can anyone recommend software to do this? Anyone think they could make this?
