WouId Bing ban me using coupon?

I've a 100usd coupon, can only be used in the USA. I'm planning to create a new bing a/c with USA informations like the ip, billing address etc. except the physical debt card I gonna use is from a different country, would it get me ban?

Yes, Bing ads will ban you using different physical card locations other than actual account creation.

I sign up on bing ads account and I get $100 offer after a week.

I believe a new account will get such an offer.

if info all real,then not a big problem, if you get ban,contact support,they will reopen for you,but if fake one,that is another world
