Worthy to rank for mis-spelling?

Hi

I am looking for someone who had experience with ranking for misspellings keywords. Well, I found some misspellings keywords that have 20-30k visitors per month and it's easy to rank for that term, but given the fact that, Google have this auto suggestion feature for people who mistype the keywords so I guess the click through rate will be consider very low.

Anyone think it's worthy to rank for this? Thanks.

I too am curious about this. I get decent traffic from misspelled words but putting effort into ranking for them seems goofy because of the "Did you mean..." G feature.

Yeah, big G really screwed that misspell niche for a lot of people, it's hardly worth it anymore.

I disagree, it still makes sense to rank for these.

Put your mispellings in page body, but write page title without errors.
If your page will show up in top10, users will click anyway.
Of course to get good traffic you need to target many mispelings

Recently I did a spelling mistake of a product review and I am still getting around 50-100 hits everyday..

But it was not done intentionally.. So how do we obtain more mis spells and target them automatically?
