it's worth to Buy?

What are they planning to charge you? Will it be one time or on-going?

Also, what type of link is it and the placement? Homepage sticky, inner sidebar, contextual post?

Overall though the domain metrics are nothing speculator so I wouldn't place to much value on this.

organic traffic
public advertisement of guest posting
actual rankings of some major keyword
price

Organic traffic value is the equivalent monthly cost of traffic from all keywords that the target website/URL ranks for if paid via PPC instead of ranking organically.

ahrefs calculate it based on multiplying the monthly organic traffic of each keyword at the respective ranking position by the CPC value. Then, they add up the organic traffic cost of individual keywords that the target website/URL ranks for.

Ahrefs has huge database and fast in crawling compared to other tools, if the numbers you shared are real, good to go IMO.
