It looks like a guest post farm for sure.
Short term it looks good, didn’t hit a penalty etc but long term if it does hit a penalty it kinda not worth the price imo.
For that price you might have to do some digging to get a better deal on better sites.
A lot of sellers = a lot of different untouched/spammed sites.

For long term - one unique content to per unique quality guest post website; Do not post same content to every Guest post website.
If seller providing the same content for all the guest post website please don't go with them.
