Worth buying ??

I am in the real estate game in the UK. I have been offered a site that allows sellers to sell fro free. The site gets 1000 unigue visitors a day (i have verified this over 2 months) - been offered it for $1500.

He has no adsense or has made no attempts to monetise site. Does this sound a decent enough numbers to make any money overtime ??

No not to sell Real Estate but to make money on adwords or whatever. The site shall remain with me.
