worst Yoast SEO staffs support

I have contacted Yoast SEO support team via their website support, but there is no response from them. How could I trust them and hire them.

There are lot of bad review about them SEO team.

Learn what yoast does and do it manually. One less plugin to have buzzing around the WP admin panel.

Yoast what? Premium?

Or did you expected them to answer you if you were using a free version?

You came here to complain about a plugin developer that has been around since 2003, has over 12,000 positive reviews on wordpress.org, used and praised by many just because they didn't respond to you? And because of that, you can't trust them?

You really need to relook at your situation and approach this a different way rather than coming here and complaining without any details. Are you using premium or their consultation program? Their premium account gives you access to their support team on plugin USAGE while their consultation (which cost $2500) gives you actual consultation on SEO.

I never had issues with their support, and I'm still using just their free version! First, they have a good knowledgebase (kb.yoast.com I think). Second, they still do answer support questions on Wordpress support forums (despite having a pinned thread there that discourages users from posting there).

Yoast SEO is a really nifty tool if you know how to use it. Also, it's kinda easy to use even if you're not too technical. I know it has lots of tips and guides and google that can help you in what you want to do.
