an iPhone can make you money. a car can make you money. I think as long as you're using the things you buy to help grow its not a waste of money.

Courses dont go waste unless we chose the wrong cources.

I would say wasting money on Materialistic things that dont help us earn money back is the real waste.. If buying an iphone helps you replace your laptop to work on when you are out of stations. Yes, thats not definitely waste.

yeah people here buy iphone in 2024 and in 2003 they use to sit on beach drinking cocktail and working 30 minutes per month. these same people download movies from torrent.
