I had contacted Shinjiru support before moving my production website which was having over 1000 UVs per day. And they suggested "cPanel WordPress Five" plan under Wordpress Hosting Plans.
I frequently had down times and I contacted them frequently. Day time in USA/Canada is night time in Malaysia where they offer their "best/reliable" offshore servers. So when I contact them usually there was this support agent on skype who would give me a response like "we will check and give you an update", probably from a junior "engineer" who couldn't figure our where to "check". Anyway I had to wait several days to receive their "update" and another customer was doing some activity on the shared server which caused all the other shared users and then I asked to upgrade my plan to a VPS.
I moved to largest server plan on "Offshore VPS + WHM + cPanel". My traffic was increasing and the server could not bare it. I kept trying to "contact" technical support, due to time zone differences and their negligence usually it took almost a week to get a proper respond from technical support "specialists". Eventhough they offer 24x7x365 support over skype, I have to say their support is worst. Mostly I had to wait days to get a respond. I had to kept asking for updates, they never gave any update on the issues and server failures.
At the end, I decided to move on to another hosting provider. As per my experience, their ratings are below:
Server Performances: 3/10
Technical/Customer Support: 2/10
Pricing: 5/10
So, do not select Shinjiru no matter how hard they market "offshore", Malaysian servers are cr*p. They offer support in their time zone which is 8 hours or so ahead, when it's day here, it's night there, so if a server goes down because of overload, you lose all the business revenue in the day time. And it takes weeks for them to identify the issue.
I do not recommend them at all.
