Worst experience with Spinnerchief

So I ordered SpinnerChief 4 Ultimate on Apr 1 and I found I was charged twice on one order. I contacted the customer support, at the beginning they said they will take a look and help to refund. Today is the 21st day since I submitted the ticket and I have not received a penny, the customer support has been unresponsive for 2 weeks which makes me so mad.

DO NOT BUY SPINNERCHIEF if you don't want to go through the terrible service I have gone through.

I attached the latest emails with them as a proof.

Yeah that's terrible man, sounds like Senuke TNG who also tried to rip me off, refusing to refund me (thankfully Paypal were honest and gave my money back). People like these shouldn't be in business. Greedy bastards who care about nobody other than themselves. Karma is a bitch.

I came across with this issue last month. Did a bit of research and it turned out it's a bug with paypal and warrior plus. It wasn't the hosts issue and I received the refund. It seems like it's the same issue that you have come across. yet, they must provide you a refund or do something fair in return. kit.

i have spinnerchief and i think their support is good as they solved my issues many times via Email.
What they are saying ?
Did you send them both Transaction ID ?
