CPC depends on the traffic, geo as well as whatever that traffic was doing before getting to your page.
Adsense has average, or below average rates vs other networks, but it was doing good for me, at least for the tests I conducted.
Check if there are changes to your traffic.
Also, is Adsense is the only network you’re running?

the same ammount of traffic i used to get before and my traffic is from tier 1 and tier 2 countries that's what's was bugging me the most , and yes i only use adsense on my apps do you have any other alternative i can use with adsense to increase my revenue ?

exactly the same situation as me , i thought with Q4 things will pick up again or better but it's only getting worse

I guess you've read all the warnings by now that Adsense is not the ideal monetization method.
So I'm skipping that part.
Recent editions of Firefox are blocking all ads even without an adblocker installed. That could be part of the issue.
My guess is they'd never let Chrome block their own ads, but could be something related to a recent browser update. Check your site using the latest browsers.
