Worried about promoting dodgy clickbank sites?

Okay so say I find a product I want to promote on clickbank and the website looks good but...

When I click say buy now on the site or I click to go to another section on the site my hoplink goes from

website/affiliatelink to website no affiliate link?

If people purchase something will I get 0 money? I'm slightly confused because you need to click on another page of the site to buy anything?

The cookie will still have been dropped on the visitors machine. Your affiliate ID shouldn't need to stay in the URL for that to happen. It should be fine.

You'll look at the bottom of the order form and you'll find your affiliate ID.

How is this a journey btw?
