How come you have decided to sell at less than 50% of it's annual returns? I thought websites can sell for 10 - 30 times their monthly revenues?

Well I certainly could sell it at that price but I would have to wait a long time for that.

The main reason I-m selling these sites as I got a project that I can scale big time and I need the funds for that.

I can certainly wait but why not buy time buy selling them at a price that-s really a bargain.
 
I wish I have the funds to purchase this! But on the other hand, this is not a record breaker. I saw SkyrecocketSEO thread approve within minutes :)

Hahaha! No I am not obsessed with her.

I am just abusing in a way this Apricot trend about her username to gain traction in my recently opened BST, mate ;)

Just as t0mmy does with his awesome threads! Or like how pewep made a trend! Or how our one and only ceosam did!

Actually found out that when threads go live, post #1 and #2 have the same time of posting, because both posts were made at the same time by the system.

What I did is submit the thread to approval by 5am and it was approved by 6am.

So yea I guess I totally beat SkyRocketSEO on this! :0
