TubeNuker does a really good job.
Only mobile views though.
But it is quite fast for what it does.

I use Vagex if I have to (stupid name - decent tool)
Free or $5 a month sub
You choose view length, comment, like, sub - 1 credit per 30 second.

It is real views as well (s0omeone's browser has to actual o0pen and watch your vid) so pretty safe.

If i am not mistaken someone here released the method used recently for youtube views
i belive it was script not tooo sure
