Working Youtube Comment Bot?

I'm looking for a youtube comment bot that can support multiple accounts, proxies and maybe different user agents.

Something that works in 2019 (most of the bots i found no longer work as they didn't get updates). There are things like massplanner or other similar software - but they are expensive as they are intended for multiple social networks. I'm interested only in youtube at the moment.

So what's the best stand alone youtube bot at the moment?
