Working YouLikeHits Bot for $

I'm looking for someone who can build me a WORKING YouLikeHits bot.
It'll be preferable, if the bot works on multiple operating systems.

The main purpose of the bot would be to rack up points for an existing account by watching the YouTube videos.
Abort the viewing process after the required time to increase effectiveness.

In addition the bot should follow users on twitter, if the user wishes so.
