Lol super ambiguous....I think he either is an affiliate of some network trying to refer someone or an affiliate manager and telling you the perks of his 2 tier affiliate network.

I'm actually an affiliate manager myself and what it means is generally the affiliate refers affiliate A refers Affiliate B, Affiliate B refers Affiliate C and D. Well Affiliate A earns a % of Affiliate B's earnings as well as a much smaller but any commissions of his referrals (C and D) in this case.

Interesting in many cases if you know what you're doing....lol
