Working VCC for digitalocean?

Hey guys! I had a little trouble deciding what sub to post to this so I'll ask here,

Anyone know of a VCC that works for Digitalocean? I tried 2 popular VCCs from providers here at the marketplace but both were rejected. Feel free to share if you know of a working one.

You can create DO or Vultr by using a VCC bought from MarketPlace or Signature and link it to a new PayPal and load $5 there (DO or Vultr account). You will have more trust and you can use either $100 on DO or $50 + those $5 loaded on Vultr and you are a trusted one. You don't need a proxy for this
