I'm using SoundCloud Manager from RootJazz and it's perfect and working!

Search for the cracked version of CloudDominator, the only thing that works are plays.
So, to rank in SoundCloud search you need plays, comments, likes and reposts. No way to be heard only with plays mate

The price will not be coming down, sorry. Although I completely disagree with you. Plays boost are mostly a waste of the time, it is the other modules that are the most important for promoting a soundcloud

100% working, always has been. But it cannot work if the proxies are no good. Soundcloud are better at blocking / limit what known proxies can do. Feed in private proxies and it will fly along
