Working out works. Do you work out?

I was so tired and unmotivated in the recent months, and I was hardly doing things. Yesterday was my first day on the gym, for a long time I never worked out. Today I feel much more motivated to do something, and never felt like this for months. And I'll cut sugar and junk food too.

Do you work out?
 
I never liked the idea of gyms honestly because a lot of the trainers are not even qualified enough to give you the right set of knowledge

I believe mediatation and some small workout is what I am aiming for
 
Back in the days, I used to LOVE working out. Nowadays I still do it, but I don't like it that much anymore xD I just do it.
 
I personally need to get at least every second day to sweat, it doesn’t need to be in the gym but just do some kind of sport so I feel much better.
 
Yeah, I'm an endorphin junkie.

100+ Pushups is a part of my daily chore.
