Working on a C&C For Discord

Theres a Proof of Concept on it, But is it possible.to make a C&C, Discord is basically a IRC Server but connecting bots would be harder than a regular IRC. Since Discord has a Webhook you could probably run it as a RAT. but I need more input on this.
