Basically I will be busy in a few months with school since I am getting back into it. I will be in a college town in the middle of nowhere about 3 hours away from a major city where I live currently.

I want to keep working actively in the major city with offline marketing and do direct mailing. Will I still be able to do this? If so, what are some tips or things I can do or say to help my case?

In your venture of direct and offline marketing, is an address a requirement? your question is very confusing :(

sure you can still do offline marketing, why not start something new in the new small city you will be located now.

Sorry guys I guess it is kind of confusing. I was mostly worried about any possible setbacks and if anyone had experience dealing with this.

I can't work in the small town I will be in because it will be really hard to do 7878's method there with little competition and need for that type of marketing. Nonetheless I WILL try there, however my best chances are to do it in a bigger city, especially the one I am currently living in.
