Could you guys share what’s currently working to get these types of backlinks?
Working method for .edu, .gov (or any other govt) or 90+ DR/DA backlinks

The best starting point for these sort of links are to identify spammy topics, identify popular keywords in those topics (eg 'casino bonuses', 'gacor', 'buy wegovy', etc) and search Google for those keywords, including a site: operator for .edu or .gov or any other educational/governmental tld. Eg
That will at least let you find places where people have managed to get a link placed. You can add in other words like 'register' or 'sign up' to see if you can find UGC platforms too.
