What is your advice for graphic designer who is forced to work in a room with a 44° for straight 8 hours and must stay focused and creative

Switch jobs? Request an air-con? Make it clear to your bosses you're not able to provide your best and are literally suffering because of the work situation and may consider resigning.

As i said i'm forced to
Plus no good come from complaining to the manager

Nobody is "forcing" you to do anything you don´t want to do. Unless your boss has a gun pointing to your head. You can always quit or find a different job.

It depends on the way you´re complaining.

I appreciate your feedback
The thing is that this job is paying the necessary bills even though im looking daily for new job openings and till I find that comfortable spacework

Is the outside temperature also 44 degrees celsius ? If that is the case, then there is no air-conditioning at your work station area. In that case it may be for a month or two and the weather would change for the better, unless it is a place where the weather is such that it is always 44 degrees celsius ? In that case request the management to install air-conditioning and if they do not, then look for another job where the work station environment suits you.

Theres this thing called Air Conditioner. I bought mine on amazon. If you have a fan you are probably in a place where there is electricity to run it.

Just quit it then options are endless just need to look for them :smirk:

What place is it? Sounds like you dont like it, best way is to just quit and find better one!

Sorry for you OP. We live in a shitty world, with shitty employers. You should tie up your manager on that seat for 8 hours straight, while you do nothing and have a few cold drinks, because he doesn't offer a good work environment. There's still profit to be made if a AC unit is bought and electricity bill is paid.

THAT environment is a modern day slavery.
