That's the point i'm trying to make bro. Why should they be expected to 'know' when they're giving their good hard earned money to people they've hired who do? What else are they paying you for?
That's not the point. The point of that topic is that a lot of management is underqualified and their employees are more qualified than they are.
I'm not talking about the owners either. That's another conversation.
