Working from home sometime can be super boring..

I got the same problem

Now im trying (for a year or so T_T) to team up with a friend or more to do some offline/online hybrid with them, but the hard part is finding someone willing to create a business and take it seriously.

No matter what job you have, a social person always can be a social and out going person. An anti-social person always can be an anti-social and boring person. Job doesn't matter, I think.

24hr at home doing IM.

Weekend going to holiday for 1-2days. Since I live in North Malaysia, near thai, so every weekend going to thai and fishing some fish, eating.
(100% no girl or etc).

But I think my life still boring.

Maybe I should find another type of business, that's require me to travel to meet the client and stuff. But still have no idea what type of business it is.

Cant live like this forever. Make good $$$ permonth. But now, I think money is not the happyness. :cow04: :cow04:

Feel ya pain! Sometimes I don't leave my office for hours at a time!

I don't think money buys you hapiness directly, it's the choice and options it gives you that makes a person happy.

Just stick in there dude, and try to have 1 day off every week, no computer or anything just do something non tech related! It's what keeps me sain! :)

Reinvest your all earning and startup a really good business.
Hard work and make it viral.
Sell it in 7-8 figure $$ and then retire ...Enjoy your life traveling all around the world(go to space)

:P

:)) funny thread with a lot of funny replies, I see everybody has an idea of what to do except you. Well, as they say working from home isn't for everybody, regardless of what you make if you don't have fun doing it switch to something else. With the kind of money you say you do in thai you can live like a king, so i see no reason to complain very much :D

Take time off for one week and travel to a place you have always wanted to visit.

Working from home, alittle boring sometimes? YES. BUT, the money we make from it? Boring? NO...

Just cashed your giro?

Find a hobby bro. You say that you work 2-3 hours a day. Thats amazing you have all this free time to do whatever you want. Just try things out like maybe a sport or art or dancing, skateboarding... just try things out and maybe youll stumble upon something you enjoy. I wish I had more time like you do. I have 2 hobbies and I wish I had more time and resources to spend on them everyday :)

Agree. I do this (almost) every Sunday.

The Fuck is wrong with all these guys complaining working from home is boring, just take a job at mc donalds for a month and after that you will have a realisation check of your privileges and will gladly return to your IM mancave.

yo dude, you cant have a rainbow without a little rain..?Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn?t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.? ? Mark Twain

It's ridiculous how many ignorant people are in this thread. I'm pretty sure most of them don't do full time from home so all they can say is things that are not funny and bash the OP with their BS. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves..

But on a topic.. I have been doing IM from home past 5-6 years and yes it gets boring and lonely from time to time. I'd suggest getting into Skype groups.. they have helped me a lot to get through of those tough times. Also try to hang out with your friends, if you have any or just try to have fun outside. Get a nice hobby.. I decided I'll try my hand on astrophotography and photography in general + some other things and so far it has been fun. But I do feel you OP.. I have been through that as well. Also those who suggest clubbing and drink are not thinking straight. Alcohol messes with your brain + slutty girls will mess with your money if you make a mistake. So do what you love or if you don't know what you love then find something to love.

IM is the most comfortable fucking job compared to other fucking jobs in the world.

I understand that doing IM all the time will make you bored. Fix your hours per day, organize the things, socialize with your friends and family, do travel all around the world, do the things which really make you live and happy.
