Hello you very knowledgeable and amazing people, i do hope you are having a good day and that you are looking forward to the weekend.

I always find when working from home, i can have some productive days, where i get alot done, i sometimes put on instrumental music on my headphones. However, its hard to keep consistent, then another day my productivity could wane completely. I spend alot of time in my emails and reading articles and its difficult to get back into that productive mode. I try set myself goals and i am trying meditation. Does anyone kindly have any thoughts please what works best for them? Further have you any ideas to implement that could help keep my motivation consistent please, even if i achieve 4 days of consistent work a week i would be happy. At the moment it is possibly around 2 days. I have tried going into an office setting but again this does not help with productivity. If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this it would mean the world to me.

As ever i wish you massive success with your digital marketing and i do hope you are happy. Thank you very much for reading my post and any advice you can give. Take care.

Yes
Hard for me to keep the work and not get distracted
That's why I try to hire more people always to keep the work running.
And since they are 9-5 people
They will never tell me that we are not in mood of working or we got distracted watching tiktok

Plan your day ahead so you only have to worry about taking down a list of tasks and not about finding what to do.
In the past I was against this but without it I end spending too much time in Youtube and reading about useless stuff.

Earning through an affiliate program like BK8 can be similar to working from home in that it allows for flexibility and the ability to work at one's own pace while still generating income.

Finding the right background music or noise level can also aid in concentration.

Timing also helps, alone or with family it's all something to deal with. If you're alone then go to a coffee shop or restaurant make it your work station before you get to the level described by @Salamouna where you can chil and hire folks to do it you'll have to figure a way out that works for you.

Find your rhythm, find your flow, and keep going...

For me, do whatever I like is the best, but set up the boundaries with blocking app or even not install it at all is the best for me.

I always have a routine with me, I woke up at 7, and do my stuff until 8. Then I begin working until 6. And sleep at 10. I find it pretty easy to do and stick with that. I'm not setting my day off. But I always walk or run or do any exercise 3 times a week. Hopefully, you can find your perfect routine!

Focus on your financial needs. focus on your future. Worry that no one will help you when life is hard. That's all the motivation to stay productive.

It's great that you're already trying different strategies to boost your productivity, like setting goals and trying meditation. One thing that could help is creating a routine for yourself, including specific times for email and article reading, and sticking to it as much as possible. You could also try breaking up your work into smaller, more manageable tasks and rewarding yourself for completing them. Additionally, taking breaks and getting fresh air can do wonders for refocusing and re-energizing. Best of luck to you!

I've worked at home for years. Isolation can be a real problem.....I balance my life by stopping work at 3pm and going to the gym.

It helps me be more productive during the day too because I know I have to get everything done before 3pm.

Do you have an outline of your tasks and follow them structurally? That's all I would say, if you can do that to the best of your ability, then you are sailing through the winds of change with your sail up going where you expect. Ride the waves, and carry on! lol

Hows your cashback site going? Is this what your finding trouble managing and improving day to day? Don't beat yourself up. Try to hold yourself just 10% more accountable for your goals, and you'll be more motivated to sustain a consistent work ethic.

Remove distractions, put them in a different room.

Plan ahead, make small schedules of your tasks so you know what you're supposed to be doing.

Try making routines in your daily life.

wakeup -> shower -> breakfast -> exercise -> work
