I can take a look on my FB account and see if there is a fast way to script it if you tell me what kind of pages (don't need to know which specifically) you want to download images from.
Are you looking to download personal albums from people or from pages, or perhaps groups or all 3? Do you want to download only from the tab that is actually named “album” or do you want to rip all images from a profile?
Which Chrome extensions did you try so far? Post them here. Could perhaps just tweak one of those.

I used all chrome plugins,some were working but after march they stopped working
