Working email grabber from Google/website/Gumtree. Is there any working ?

I tested several but most of those simple skipping 90% of emails on website. It should be very easy, deadly easy and weird thing is that most of those software can't do so simple thing to do :/

Any one can recommend working email grabber ? It doesn't have to be free, if it's good I will pay for it.
