Well, everybody is different BUT:
We have all a rhythm embedded in our body, called the circadian rhythm.
It's like an inner clock. It´s directed by the sunlight and (nowadays) also by artificial light, also blue light (therefor blue light filter, night mode...)
Your body releases melatonin according to your rhythm so at night you get tired and in the morning melatonin stops and you feel even more awake.
If you now sleep in the day and are awake in the night you fuck up your clock.
If it wasn´t for the light, in my opinion, everything would be fine, but because of the light, I bet that it isnt healthy for you.
If you are awake all night long you won´t get your daily dose of light (vitamin d...)
If you are sleeping all day long you maybe won´t be able to get a really deep sleep (distractions, light...) and therefore your sleep wont be as healthy, as it would be at night.
I hope you get what I mean.
You can be more a night owl or a morning bird but that range is at the highest like 2 hours.
In short, your sleep rhythm isn´t normal and intended by your body, you force your body to it.
I think, It isn´t really healthy for you to stay up that long...
