Working as eBay Affiliate

Hi guys, i finally got into the eBay affiliate program, i've used my legit eBay account, but as website i've used a fake one, or at least not mine. Now i'm into the affiliate program, but i don't know if eBay could ban me for using in the sign up process a website i don't own, i hope this isn't illegal.

If this isn't, i read an article sometime ago here, about using craiglist and eBay to sell items, is this still working or can get my account banned?

Not so sure about the legality issues, but you could get into some trouble if you're claiming someone else's work as your own.

I've just used other blog's website in the sign up process, but i think to promote items via craiglist or can i get a ban for this?
