Hey OP, just wanted to say that choose your partner carefully, I tried to do something similar and got some of my accs banned ( one of them was n'blue ) coz the guy was generating fraud leads.

Just a heads up.

Like Howard said, when you get into these JVs be careful. A LOT of them will end up being fake and just false leads. There are some really good people out there that will earn you some dough. Good Luck.
