How should I call the third element, or is even there such a thing?

I mean, you can work both hard and smart for example on Neobux, even though you don't yield any much profit.

By smart working I mean setting strategies to recycle refferals and shit like that...

And hard work to persevere in your strategy.

Or smart working implies by itself focusing on something which is productive in the first place?

congratz mate i believe if you do your best in one field and still nothing then you should try to exceed in other fields. That applies if theres really nothing you can do more in your mastered field
 
Scrap all that and go for WORK EFFECTIVELY.

Don't confuse efficient with effective. The best door-to-door salesperson in the world can be incredibly efficient, yet nowhere near as effective as a bad spammer. Someone who checks email 30 times a day, has an elaborate system of organizing, might be incredibly efficient but not effective.

Doing something unimportant well does not make it important.

Requiring a lot of time does not make a task important.

What you do is infinitely more important than how you do it. Efficiency is useless unless applied to the right things.
 
Literally, working hard and smart - both are important. I don't think there's anything in between anymore in today's fast paced society. You work smart, but still the time taken to achieve the things may be lengthy. You will still need to work hard to get the things through. Unless if you have lotsa cash when working smart - you can just use the cash to work smart for you instead.
 
F**k Neobux. Even though they brought me into internet marketing to some extend. Waste of time, especially if you live in the West.
 
...and maintain good relations to people. You'll meet people day in and day out. Chances are who you meet today might impact you in the future and vice versa.

Always work hard, but also don't just think about the now - spend time working on your self development, researching new methods and developing your skills (that's how I would define the working smart part).
 
If you're working smart, you're SCALING.

The third element is TAKE BIG YET CALCULATED RISKS

OP's example of neobux isn't quite right because sure, you're working hard, but you're not working smart if you're just a clicker. The real money is in referring others to it

@Sherbert Hoover Exactly as I was thinking. I can become a professional in a certain area. E.g a particular video game(implying both smart and hard work), but if I can't convert that particular skill in something palpable, such as popularity or money, then it's a worthless skill in term of productivity for instance, which is what I'm aiming for.

But your point was more targeted toward why should I do thing A when I can do thing B which is faster and provides better ROI.

Anyway, I didn't know how to name it, but you nailed it.
