Work from office or work from home?

It's complicated, when you work too much from home you are like, damn f*** this I need an office to work from, then when you go and work for so long in an office you are like f*** this take me back home

This is an endless cycle of dissatisfaction, it's why I like the hybrid model, you can have both :D

home office always. or laptop on the kitchen table lol.
i tried working in library before. not that bad. just wouldn't do any adult cpa there. sometimes you can get access to a private room.
coffee shops are too busy and loud.
coworking spaces are becoming a thing now. $400-800 a month for limited access to a private room in professional office full of other people wanting a temporary office.
nothing beats privacy at home.

Work from home.
Having a home office, where I could go into
and shut the door could cut off most of the distractions.

I like working from home, but working in the office is not bad either. Working in the office for those who are just starting out will add a lot to them.

I preffer to work from office is give me a better motivation to do a job proper and have less distractions

If you have little contact with friends, then from the office, because social life is important. If social life is established, then feel free to leave home. Otherwise, depression and mental illness cannot be avoided.

People cannot stay in the cave for long. If you do not leave the cave, then for a primitive man it is a danger. And we are not far from that. So genetically we cannot stay in the same room for a long time.

I work from home office for the last 3+ yrs. That lockdown thing has been a blessing to me, as I can spend much more time with my son and family.

As for depression, it depends. If you live alone, yepp it can feel lonely. With the family, it will feel like party everyday lol.

Both
Both have their advantages and disadvantages for me
At the office, I am alot more social even though I get my work done
At home, I am not as social, I get my work done and go straight to my side projects that has nothing to do with my job

I currently do a good mixture of both WAH and B&M to maintain a healthy balance. :)
