The OP is clearly a troll. I don't believe for a second someone would even attempt to hire a full time web designer for $100/mo.

Graphic design in my country got $500 monthly ( starter ) and will increase..
they don't pay for computer time, electric, coffee and food...
work only 4-5 hours / day depending speed..
 
This is why you should have a job before starting online ventures, only someone who still has their parents pay the bills will take this on. And don't give me that 'I live in another country' bullshit. India for example has some of the highest spend on luxury items.
 
Have you tried posting this on any freelancing sites?
I think you can post it for free without any sign up fees, and get a list of designers and developers at a very low rate. Just like Staff.com and Odesk. Both sites can provide skilled work-at-home designers who can work anytime for any clients around the world.

On Staff.com some of the workers offer a "10 hour trial" where you can test their skills in 10 hours of work and see if they are okay. If they perform well in the first 10 hours then you can keep going and hire them for a full time or part-time position.

back in the days of 2006 when i started im, daily 1 or 2$ was bit ok for a noob but in the current scenario offering $100 for a 1 month work is pretty lame imo
 
Unbelievable, I thought you are talking about 1000 / month :D !!!! Hope you will find someone as data entry operator then web designer / developer

You guys don't seem to understand. This is what happens when one of those 1$ an hour slaves from freelance sites OUTSOURCE by themselves! The price gets reduced, the slave hires slaves.
