I'm working atm with my blog team on my computers and internet blog niche. The blog is good, we're getting about from 1/2$ per day and still growing up.. btw maybe I'm bit greedy sometimes, but I see only me and one friend (we're total of 5 in my team) are working hard... we'll split profits and give more money to people who will work harder, btw I think maybe I could work more alone on my personal new blog.. If I focus alone on my personal niche, write every day articles, I'll get more money from ads too. However some of my team help me with social media pages, sharing, keeping users of blog updated etc Is for you better to work alone or with a blog team?

Personally, I work alone. I think I am probably like you in that I do not like sharing profits. Call me greedy but I am not going to spend every spare minute working on a project to give half to someone who makes a few social posts. That being said it can be a bit overwhelming to do everything yourself. You should go about it the way I do and pay people upfront for their work.

You're right this is what I think to do. I've already said to my team that I'd like to work alone if they don't work with me.. I think they could be bit scared if I don't work with them anymore, because my articles on blog are driving good traffic.. So what's the best thing to do now? I was thinking to make a new micro blog with articles translated to get USA traffic and work alone on this micro blog and still continue to write some little articles on my friends blog..

Dropping the hammer on these guys straight away on projects you have all worked on would be a bad idea. I had a similar situation with some mates back in the early days. I busted my ass on a few projects and earned some good money, which they were thrilled with, but they didnt put any effort into it. Instead of cutting them out I just started some solo projects and didnt mention it to them. Keep updating the old stuff as much as needs be and take it as a learning curve for the future.

So you say better to keep my friends contact, try to ask them to work hard and continue splitting profits?

Yep. Also can't PM you right now. under 15 posts. Just want to know about your blog and how you found success with it. email ? can you pm yours to me

If you can handle it alone by all means go ahead, you can also do social signals for your blog, its all about time management.

I work with a team, but i just pay them fixed rates, rarely percentage splits. It all depends where you are on your journey and what are you trying to do.

If you are in the skill acquisition phase- just trying to figure out how things work - it's better to split the risk and effort with the team, even if you make no cash, because the expertise you get is more important than the cash. After you have enough skills, and you are looking more on the cash side of things, go alone or in partnerships with value-adding people and focus on getting cash.

If you have new blog then work alone if you have authority blog then you need team.

Yeah maybe better with team, we're building up authority blog and it's growing fast.. only issue that I'm working hard me and my friend..and we're about 5 people in my blog team..

Ok I've spoken with my blog team. We're currenly three guys that we're writing on the blog. Other two guys aren't writing and maybe these two guys will be out of blog team asap. We've big projects with the blog (like freelancing company, start-up etc).

The main problem I'm working harder than others, I'm working on SEO (ranking articles on 1 page on Google) and keywords research+amazon affiliate (making some dollars per month), other guys do not. I may feel to stop working and start working alone with a new blog, but problem is without a team I won't do any bigger projects (however I've few micro niche sites) like starting a company alone is not easy, this is why I need a blog team and right people. I'll try to speak them again and see what to do. I hope to solve these problems asap.

Work alone if you want to achieve quick results - Work with a team if you want to get far

By a team I mean either 1/2/3+ partner(s) who will be getting shares from the company just as you. Of course, you want to develop to be able to hire workers and set a solid business structure.

I can guarantee you that finding the right partner(s) is one of the toughest things to do in the business world. However, once you find it, you will see how your work skyrockets.

You can also set different companies and have different partners as directors. You don't need to have a set team and work with them in all projects... Just make sure you can schedule it all and don't fuck up.

He're we're again in same situation. In my blog team we're in three people now writing for a tech blog. I'm working to write only quality articles and about 400/600+words and focus on HQ keywords too. I've boost rank of this blog and keywords, amazon conversions etc and other guys told me I need to write more, or I'll get out of the blog lol. I've worked hard to boost the SERP and SEO of the blog and now they told me I need to focus on quantity of articles writing fast not only quality. I need to talk again with my team again but in this way, I think it'll be better to work alone and make also amazon reviews alone and make maybe some more money.

I think you should work as a team, but pay them for a fixed rate as mentioned.

When you are scaling up, it is hard to do all the work yourself, so some people helping you out will be very handy.

Yes, problem is that we're already started a tech blog and we're three people and we contribute each other in the blog so there isn't a "leader". We're trying to split money coming from ads and amazon conversions in equal ways . But that's not easy, even when people are competitive and greedy..

I think I've found a solution, maybe it's better for me to work alone on new blog niche, but I'll ask to my friends if they want to work in partner ship and trade-off links of our blogs, so every one will have a blog and share each others links and also we'll get moneys each others with our blogs without any problems.
