This is what I want to try from today. My plan is to work 15 hours/day/7 days/week/12 months.

Pluses:
-no family
-no day job
-motivation

Minuses:
-can impact your health if not exercise or eat junk
-i like sleep :)

First step is probably leave The Lounge ^^ but I have few hours yet to start work. What can help is pomodoro timer: 20 minutes work, 3 minutes rest.

I am doing pretty much the same for the last 4 months.

My honest suggestions:

-Start gradually, don't switch from 7-8 hours to 16 immediately
-Don't arrive to the point to get stressed, take a break before
-Don't forget why you are probably doing this = better lifestyle (trough earning more). So sometimes go out and enjoy a walk in the nature

Best wishes ;)

I want to use Tabata to increase daily energy.

4 minutes and full of energy. I've tried it earlier but abandoned, idk why :D

I used to work 16 hours per day for almost a year. I earned much but I got really exhausted that I ended up not wanting to work for a year as well. Haha.

Good luck. But I dont think motivation or term inspiration can work for long term especially if the task is hard. And here I see the same case.

There are many people that work hard like Elon Musk but most of them don't success. Those are the story we will never hear. Those people lose so much valuable time of their life. I dont mean to discourage you but Work some and Enjoy some in life too. Even if you are unsuccesful at work atleast you enjoyed some life which many people fails to.

Start going easy. I dont know what you are facing in life or what your Aim is but make a Work period that is possible so that your body and mind start loving the work you are doing and increase time later consistently in future which will make your work long term and more chance to success.

Above all I would definetly put some times for my family, friends and health. They are so much valuable then money.

Just some advice. But if you would like to Work 15 hours daily GOOD LUCK who know you might become successful like Elon musk too.

I thin everyone would like to achieve success like him but is it practical to work that much in the long run. I mean after the initial success he got, does he continue working that much hours even now.

sorry but it not true it a myth but long working hours can help.

why i say it a myth , someone that has read and understand internet marketing and all the apps can do everthink in short times and earn more then a person that does 100 hours a week .

experience and pratice and knowlauage give you sucesss .....

i am a im and dont exspect to work more then couple hours a day there no way slogging over a pc would make me happy might aswell get a boss , them hours would depress me and ill give up and throw my pc out the window.....

I've just realized that I am 29 now, my goal to stop work after 30 is far away because laziness.
It's really painfull, when you see next year, no millions, no real estate, just bills, taxes, etc.
When I get some $200-$500/day, then I get self-admiration mode, months of laziness, spending and income drives to 0. Then again, again and again. Time to stop it, earn what I need to earn and then can stop work.

exactly, because he worked that much, now he doesn't have to
he just enjoys it so probably works a lot

the brain like a sponge and you need to feed it verry slowly to understand everythink propely once you mastered one subject then move to another untill you sucessfully mastred them all.

not untill then make money , pratice is the best way to get thru subjects and learning .

there no rush in internet marketing , i advise take slow steps and learn properly.

Really :eek::D

Anyway Good Luck Mate. I really think you should work hard then but start gradually as everyone as been saying it will be for long term.

no gurentees in internet marketing.

a lot of marketers got full time jobs

The hardest thing is going to be avoiding burnout. Good luck with that, it's very difficult. 15 hours is only worth it if you can sustain a baseline level of work. If your hours working goes up but the quality of work goes down then whats the point? Good luck!

That when your business sence kick in it your business , you eventually work out how many methods you can take on without destroying quilty over quantity.

15 hrs a week enough for 1k a week income in my opioion for even a begigneer.

3hrs a day solid for 5 days a week

Will the same many people succeed more by working not hard? Most people don't succeed anyway. The problem is how do you increase your chances. And the simplest thing you can do is work more.

You will achieve far more doing 50 hours per week of actual work and taking a day or two off each week, then working 100 hours per week just so you can say you can. It will only take a few weeks for you to burn out. If you abandoned a four minute exercise routine, how can you expect to have the discipline to manage this?

Working 16 hours a day means you are spending 2/3 part of your day at work and working 7 days a week means you are not having good time with other activities. So my suggestion is to rather working too much hard better to enjoy work and life too. Working 8-10 hours a day and having a good time with your family and friends will make your life balanced and much better. After all, money doesn't matter the most. What matters the most is good life.
