Rickrolling was everywhere - so much that at that time, I had the last part of the URL memorized
Aha - AIM, ICQ. I had to google to figure out how to use them for a client who had a fancy keyword as his id - probably one of the first to hop on to AIM
We ended up emailing back and forth.
