download wordpress, take a free host like 000webhost.com and a free domain like de.vu (gets still indexed in google), upload via ftp, enter your sql data from your host, click install and you are done. search in google for free wp themes or try the artisteer software for wordpress (theme ready in 30 mins). search here in bhw for wp plugins in the advanced search (member downloads) and download them all. then you can do with your new wordpress blog what you want.
