i can use wamp for hosting my website? or i need to pay these people like the amazon aws

If its on your pc you pay nothing. But thats not the way to go. Better get cheap or free hosting

WAMP provides environment on your local computer. For website, you need to get a domain and hosting.

You can convert your laptop to host a website, but that's not the cheapest and optimal way.
Its about re-inventing the wheel though.

They're definitely not the fastest servers you can get, but it's ideal for people that are new to all this.
You can install wordpress easily from their Cpanel.
